This website is operated by Shray Projects Pvt. Ltd. ("Shray Projects", "we", "us"), UGF-1, Indraprakash Building, 21 Barakhamba Road, New Delhi - 110001. We are an authorised channel partner of Krisumi Corporation Private Limited ("Krisumi", "the Developer") for the project Waterside Residences, Sector 36A, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, Haryana. Our HRERA registered agent number is HRERA-PKL-REA-791-2022.

We are not the developer of the project. Waterside Residences is developed by Krisumi Corporation Private Limited.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. RERA and project details

Waterside Residences is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram (HARERA) under registration number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/812/544/2024/39 dated 08.04.2024, available at https://haryanarera.gov.in under Registered Projects.

The project is part of the group housing colony "Krisumi City" in Sector 36A, Gurugram, being developed on land admeasuring 2.0619 hectares (5.0951 acres) owned by Krisumi Corporation Private Limited. Licence and building plan details exactly as approved by Krisumi.

4. Our role as channel partner

We help interested buyers learn about the project and connect with the Developer.
Any booking, agreement, payment or allotment is between you and the Developer directly.

5. Enquiries and communication

When you submit the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp, you agree that we and the Developer may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email about the project, on the number and email address you give us, including if you are outside India. Please read our Privacy Policy for how we use your data.

6. Intellectual property

"Krisumi", "Waterside Residences", the logos, images and project content belong to Krisumi Corporation Private Limited or its licensors and are used on this website with its permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without written permission from the owner. All other content created by us belongs to Shray Projects.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: - Provide false or misleading information in the enquiry form - Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to send spam - Try to disrupt, hack or misuse the website or its systems

8. Third-party links and services

This website may link to third-party websites such as Krisumi, HARERA and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Limitation of liability
