This policy explains how we collect and use your personal data when you use this website, submit an enquiry, or contact us on WhatsApp. It is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules under it.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers or health information through this website. Please do not send them in the message field.
We process your data based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form, or by messaging us on WhatsApp. By doing so, you agree that we and Krisumi may contact you on the phone number and email you provide, including if your number is registered on a Do Not Disturb, National Customer Preference Register or similar do-not-call list.
You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 9). Withdrawal does not affect processing done before you withdrew.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with: - Krisumi Corporation Private Limited, the developer, for handling your enquiry and any purchase process - Service providers who help us run this website and our communications, such as website hosting, cloud storage and spreadsheets (Google Workspace), CRM, email and messaging platforms - Advertising and analytics providers such as Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel, WhatsApp), as described in section 7 - Authorities, where required by law
Where we use a service provider, we ask them to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We store enquiries in Google Workspace (Google Sheets) and run this website on Netlify. These providers may keep data on servers outside India. If you contact us from outside India, you agree that your data may be transferred to and processed in India and by these providers. We choose providers that protect data and use it only to provide their services to us.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
